Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Piixel (“Piixel”, “we”, “us”), an AI app-builder operated from Sweden. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so, and “you” means that company.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Piixel. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard (account menu → Delete account); our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.

2. What Piixel does

Piixel turns your prompts into a working application: it plans a change, makes surgical edits, and runs a verification gate before showing you the result. A run that fails its own verification is rolled back to the previous snapshot and is not counted against your monthly verified runs.

3. Your content and code

You own the projects, prompts, and generated code in your account. You can view and copy your code in the editor at any time; exporting your code to GitHub is included with paid plans. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host and operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your applications.

4. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Piixel is digital content and a digital service that is supplied to you immediately when your subscription starts. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — in Sweden, distansavtalslagen — a consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

By starting a paid subscription you expressly request that the service begin immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been supplied. This same consent is confirmed at the Stripe checkout before payment.

Business customers (B2B) have no statutory right of withdrawal. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under your local law.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Piixel to build or host anything illegal, to infringe others’ rights, to send spam or malware, or to attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Piixel available but provide it “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features or these terms; if we make a material change we’ll give reasonable notice, and continued use after it takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you also keep any protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes may be brought before the Swedish courts; as an EU/EEA consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your home country. Consumers in Sweden can additionally refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se).
