Do I need to know how to code?

No. Describe what you want in everyday language and continue the conversation as the project takes shape. You can still inspect and export the source code whenever you want.

How does Piixel protect a working project?

Piixel reads the existing project before making focused changes, validates each result, and keeps version history so a failed build can return safely to the last working version.

Do failed builds use credits?

No. If a build fails validation, Piixel restores the last working version automatically and uses zero credits for that failed run.

Can I keep and export my code?

Yes. Your project and its version history stay under your control, and you can export the complete source code when you are ready to host or extend it elsewhere.

Can I edit and create components without using a prompt?

Yes. Select elements directly in the live app to change, move, duplicate, or delete them. You can insert new elements, build custom layouts, and turn a selection into a reusable component. Visual edits use no build credits.

Builds that keep going

A serious build should not disappear because a tab closed or the connection changed. Piixel moved long-running work out of the page and made the Builder able to reconnect to it.

Your run is larger than a browser tab

Piixel keeps active work attached to the project rather than the page that started it. Refresh during a build and the Builder reconnects, replays the progress so far, and continues from the current point.

The conversation shows understandable stages and a final recap instead of exposing raw files or internal machinery.
